San Francisco Three-Unit Remodel

A remodel of a three-unit building in San Francisco's Marina District, with new layouts in each unit.

The kitchens are black shaker with an oak-clad hood, a Calacatta-look waterfall island and three brass dome pendants. The hardware and faucets are brass too. Black-framed windows run across the curved bay at the front.

We also added a gas fireplace with a white stone surround, a stacked laundry alcove and a new redwood deck railing.
