What we build
Services
Custom ADUs, built from the ground up, are our specialty. We do not sell modular models. Custom homes, kitchens, bathrooms, and additions round out what we take on across the East Bay.

Our specialty
Accessory Dwelling Units
Every ADU we build is custom, designed around your lot and built from the ground up on site. We do not sell modular or prefab models. We work alongside architects and designers from the first feasibility conversation through the final walkthrough, and we have completed them at every size from a 400-square-foot hilltop studio to a 1,200-square-foot home with an office and walk-in closet.

Custom Homes
We see a unique home design through to completion, with close attention to the timeline and the budget. We don’t design in house: we build from your architect’s plans, and if you don’t have one yet we will introduce you to the architects we build with most. Bringing us in during design keeps what gets drawn buildable and on budget.

Kitchen Remodeling
A kitchen remodel is rarely just about the kitchen. Removing a wall, relocating an island, or opening up the connection to the dining room can transform how the entire floor functions. We work with you and your designer to plan the layout, then bring it to life with coordinated cabinetry, stone, tile, and finishes—creating a space that feels intentional, custom, and tailored to your needs, not like a collection of upgrades.

Bathroom Remodeling
We determine the right solution through a consultation about your needs, style preferences, functionality, and budget. From there it is detail work: curbless showers, fluted tile, double vanities, and the waterproofing and substrate work underneath that nobody sees and everything depends on.

Additions
An addition has to look like it was always there. That means matching rooflines, siding, and window proportions on the outside while solving the structural and permitting problems on the inside — a reinforced floor for a gym, a new bearing line for a second story, a foundation that ties into what is already standing.
