ADUs
Oakland Hills ADU
- Oakland, CA
- 2 bed
- Completed 2025
A two-bedroom ADU in the Oakland hills. The owners built it to live in while their main house is being remodeled, which is a smart way to stay on the property through a big job.
The kitchen does most of the work here. White slab uppers run to the ceiling over light oak lowers from Kassa Cabinetry. The counters are Caesarstone in Raw Concrete, a flat gray, and the backsplash is a large white chevron tile with dark grout. Open oak shelves finish the end of the run.
A glass door off the kitchen looks out over a wide view down the hill. The floors are light white oak throughout.
Photos only go so far. When a past client is up for it, we can arrange a visit to one of our finished ADUs.
